The Making Money project is always a big hit. I let the second graders know that I had bought a crystal ball over the weekend and that when I looked into their futures, I learned they are all going to become president of the United States. In the future, the president is able to completely change anything they want about the country, including its name, official seal, and value of dollar bills. The trick with money, though, is that the kids need to design each bill so that it has lots of hidden details and secrets so that they are harder to fake. So here, without further ado, are your future dollars, America.
